Facebook and Instagram

  • (Code 10) You don’t have the permission to access this resource.
    Solution: a new login into WallSign platform is required.
  • (Code 100,102,104) An access token is required to request this resource.Solution: a new login into WallSign platform is required.
  • (Code 180) Access token has expired: after a period the request of API usage expires.
    Solution: a new login into WallSign platform is required.
  • (Code 341) Application limit reached: the API usage limit has been reached due to the number of feeds in using.
    Solution: remove some feeds to reduce the API usage.
  • (Code 463) Login status or access token has expired, been revoked, or is otherwise invalid: the usage of API has been revoked by Facebook.
    Solution: please contact our support.
  • (Code 467) Access token has expired, been revoked, or is otherwise invalid: the usage of API has been revoked by Facebook.
    Solution: please contact our support.
  • (Code 492) User associated with the Page access token does not have an appropriate role on the Page: your Faceboook user is no more administrator of the pages that your are monitoring.
    Solution: promote your user to page administrator again or remove the feeds with this error beacuse you cannot get posts of their pages.
  • (Code 803): the search hashtag does not exist.
    Solution: remove the feed.

Twitter

  • (Code 50) User not found: the user connected to the feed has not found.
    Solution: remove the feed.
  • (Code 63) User has been suspended: the user connected to the feed has been suspended.
    Solution: remove the feed.
  • (Code 88) Rate limit exceeded: the API usage limit has been reached due to the number of feeds in using.
    Solution: remove some feeds to reduce the API usage.
  • (Code 89) Invalid or expired token: after a period the request to use the API expires.
    Solution: a new login into WallSign platform is required.
  • (Code 130) Twitter is temporarily over capacity: Twitter platform is not available for some reasons.
    Solution; wait until the problems will be resolved.
  • (Code 131) Unknown internal error occurred.

LinkedIn

  • (Code 401) Unauthorized: the user access token is expired.
    Solution: a new login into WallSign platform is required..
